Premium Velocity Auto / Jiffy Lube is seeking a results‑driven General Manager to lead a busy automotive service center. You will direct daily operations, coach a high‑performing team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while driving profitability.

The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership in a fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment, with responsibilities spanning hiring, training, schedule management, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail service management experience (KPIs, budgeting, calculations)
• Strong English communication (written and verbal)
• Ability to use computers, online tools, and documentation systems
• Ability to stand long periods; lift 50+ lbs.; bend, reach, crawl, climb stairs
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store while maintaining a clean, organized workspace
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members with performance evaluations
• Drive financial performance: sales growth, profitability, and customer retention
• Oversee cash handling, register reconciliation, and bank deposits
• Complete paperwork for sales, cash receipts, and employee records
• Monitor inventory, prevent shrinkage, and manage supply orders
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated concerns
• Assist with automotive maintenance services and operate various vehicle types
• Enforce safety standards and maintain OSHA and environmental compliance
• Report workers' compensation claims
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the District Manager
