Parfums de Marly is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in Hoboken, NJ, to lead the FP&A function across the Parfums de Marly and Initio brands. You will oversee a small team, drive budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses, and partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to guide strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes hands-on finance leadership, advanced Excel, and ERP familiarity, with a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment in a luxury goods company.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA designation is a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably in luxury goods or consumer products.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (ideally SAP), PowerBI, and advanced Excel skills; GAAP knowledge.

• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to track performance and support strategic decisions.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends and risks, and present insights to senior leadership; support ad-hoc analysis.
• Lead budget and forecasting processes; collaborate cross-functionally with executives.
• Streamline financial reporting and implement tools to improve accuracy and productivity.
• Oversee day-to-day financial reporting, month-end/year-end close, and reconciliations.
• Manage cash flow and working capital; oversee audits with external auditors.
