Role: Senior Manager, FP&A
Salary: $140,000 - $150,000/annually + Bonus
Location: Midtown, Manhattan - *3 days a week onsite - 2 days WFH*
Role Overview
This role is a finance leader within the FP&A organization, partnering with our Supply Chain team to drive financial performance across our brand portfolio. The position owns budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on strategic and operational decisions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for our supply chain organization on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, partnering with regional and functional leaders to monitor global spending.
- Analyze drivers of month-end variances versus budget, forecast, and prior year, driving accountability around cost-saving initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional business leads—commercial, marketing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and operations—to drive value creation initiatives.
- Design and track KPIs to measure business and supply chain performance, identify trends, and improve financial visibility and reporting tools across the organization.
- Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally including FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, or Business Partnering with supply chain teams in a multinational CPG or beauty company.
- Demonstrated experience in month-end close, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, with a track record of driving financial performance improvements.
- Experience with large ERP systems; NetSuite highly preferred. Knowledge of NSPB and SmartView is a plus.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong ad-hoc modeling, forecasting, and financial storytelling capabilities.
- Strategic thinker who can dig into the nuts and bolts of reporting and translate findings into recommendations for senior leadership.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; results-driven with high business acumen.
- Comfort providing appropriate challenge, pushback, and feedback; collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, manage tight deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
