You will design tailored fitness plans, track progress, and leverage a sales mindset to convert prospects into long-term clients while thriving in a team environment and earning compensation based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CPR/AED certification required; CPT certification or related degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and grow a client base through high-quality training and client results.
• Sales mindset with ability to identify client needs and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Strong foundation in exercise science, program design, and safe movement coaching.
• Effective communication and relationship-building to motivate and coach clients.

Responsibilities
