Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or a sales-driven business.
• Proven success leading teams and achieving sales goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing budgets, payroll, scheduling, and operational performance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily membership sales efforts through prospecting, tours, referrals, and outreach.
• Coach staff and drive revenue growth via sales processes and onboarding.
• Oversee club operations, member service, and facility standards.
• Monitor KPIs and manage payroll, scheduling, and expenses.
• Lead huddles, meetings, and performance reviews with Regional Leadership.
