Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 required.
• Experience in financial services with clients.
• State insurance licenses preferred; CFP® or CFA designations encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to acquire new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Understand clients' needs to develop personalized strategies to help them achieve goals.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experience and regulatory compliance.
• Engage the branch team to implement and adjust the branch business plan.
• Create an engaging environment based on mutual trust, respect, and accountability.
• Complete ongoing training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
• Operate a firm-provided branch office in the community.
• Provide client support to lighten the load and focus on clients.
• Leverage a broad network from client support to home office for backing.
