Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Deeply understand clients’ needs to accelerate trust and create personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience and regulatory compliance.
• Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan.
• Create an engaging environment in the branch built on mutual trust and accountability.
• Complete ongoing training and maintain licenses/registrations in good standing.
• Support a firm-provided branch office in the community.
• Provide client support to lighten workload and focus on relationships.
• Leverage a nationwide support network to back you at every step.
