Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with paid media platforms and campaign analytics.
• Strong understanding of attribution, funnel metrics, and reporting.
• Ability to prioritize, execute, and iterate in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage multi-channel campaign calendars.
• Plan and execute paid social, search, and retargeting campaigns.
• Partner with design and copy teams to produce high-converting assets.
• Track campaign performance and produce weekly performance reports.
• Optimize audience targeting, creatives, and funnel conversion paths.
