• Detail-oriented with strong documentation practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day servicing of commercial insurance accounts.
• Process policy endorsements, changes, and coverage updates accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding coverages, billing, and claims.
• Maintain complete and accurate client documentation within agency management systems.
• Conduct proactive renewal reviews with clients.
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Manage remarketing efforts in accordance with agency guidelines.
• Work with carriers to secure competitive account placements and coverage solutions.
