Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Maintain agency management systems and process timely policy expirations and renewals.
• Lead the account management team on daily activities and service excellence.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and coordinate collections as needed.
