Job summary

Ladders, a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space, seeks a Chief People Officer to shape the people strategy for a growing organization. You will partner with the CEO and executive team on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness to build scalable HR infrastructure and a high-performance culture. Location: Fremont, CA.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including executive-level roles.
Experience scaling organizations in high-growth technology or manufacturing environments.
Strong expertise in talent acquisition, organizational design, and leadership development.
Deep knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and people analytics.
Experience with governance matters alongside executive leadership/Board committees.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business objectives.
Advise the CEO and executive team on organizational design and workforce planning.
Build HR infrastructure and processes to scale the company.
Lead change management to support evolving priorities.
Lead global talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Design and oversee performance management and leadership development programs.
