Job summary

Valley Equipment Company, a division of Winchester Equipment Co., is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee all operations of the assigned branch, including sales, parts, service and rental, with full profit and loss responsibility. The role requires driving performance, staffing, training, and coordinating with leadership to promote the branch.

You will represent the branch at trade association meetings, deliver sales presentations to key customers, and work to meet or exceed branch objectives

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years operations/sales management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven industry knowledge relevant to equipment dealerships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations including sales, parts, service and rental with full P&L responsibility.
• Monitor and drive performance goals across the branch and company objectives.
• Represent the branch at trade association meetings and deliver sales presentations to customers.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop branch personnel.
