Job summary

Pure Ground Ingredients, Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive at our HQ and production facility in Minden, NV.

You will own and expand key and mid-market accounts, build real relationships with customers, and drive revenue in the organic ingredients space. You’ll focus on cross-selling product lines, forecast sales, manage renewals, and upsell opportunities while collaborating with production, Purchasing, and QA to ensure top-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in B2B sales or account management (food ingredients preferred).
• Proven ability to manage multi-location buyers or co-packers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to interpret customer usage, margin and inventory data.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand key and mid-market accounts across food, beverage, and CPG.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Forecast, renew contracts, and upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with production, Purchasing, QA; maintain CRM updates.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and report trends.
