Job summary

Pure Ground Ingredients, Inc. in Minden, NV, is seeking a Sales Executive to own and grow mid-market and key accounts for organic herbs, spices, and botanicals.

You will build relationships, drive revenue, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with production, purchasing and QA to ensure on-time delivery. This role requires 3–5 years in B2B food-ingredients sales and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in B2B sales or account management (preferably in food ingredients, CPG).
• Proven experience managing multi-location buyers or co-packers.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to interpret customer usage, margin and inventory data.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand a portfolio of mid-market and key accounts.
• Identify upsell opportunities and cross-sell product lines.
• Identify and qualify new mid-market B2B leads and close deals with support from the sales team.
• Work with production, Purchasing and QA to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Input and maintain all sales activities and pipeline updates in CRM.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and report trends to leadership.
