Job summary
The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers by diagnosing mechanical issues and delivering outstanding guest service. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of automotive experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work legally in the U.S.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes and preventive maintenance.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities
- Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and problem solving.
- Demonstrate guest service by clear communication and providing vehicle status updates.
- Document all work performed on the repair order and maintain safety standards.
- Support teamwork to deliver timely guest care during all operating hours.
