Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear’s Auto Service centers. You will diagnose issues with mechanical aptitude while delivering outstanding service.

You will learn to perform line technician services, routine maintenance, diagnostics, and tire installation, while promoting guest satisfaction and teamwork. Training opportunities and career advancement are provided in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and brake repairs.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles; mentor junior technicians.
• Document all work on the repair order and follow safety policies.
