Dealer Tire is seeking a Hyundai Retention Product Specialist to manage dealer portfolios, build relationships with dealership managers, and drive revenue across parts and service products. This role requires coll aborative planning, market analysis, and strong communication to implement Dealer Tire solutions and meet objective metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail automotive operations or related environment.
Prior experience selling and project managing a book of business.
Proficiency at intermediate level with all Microsoft Office products.
Be located in assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Account Management: manage portfolio to meet sales and productivity goals across parts and service products.
Build and nurture relationships with Dealership Management to gain commitment to plans.
Communicate initiatives and program value to ensure commitment.
Collaborate with OEM regional contacts and other program resources.
Maintain monthly contact schedule with dealers and manage activity in Salesforce.
