Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain Key Carrier Certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as a key holder.
• Support the General Manager in achieving sales goals.
• Lead customer service efforts and resolve issues professionally.
• Train and guide associates on procedures and standards.
• Delegate daily tasks and coordinate breaks.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Perform register overrides, cash counts, and reconciliation.
• Follow and promote loss prevention procedures.
