You will support the General Manager, drive goals, train associates, manage cash and loss prevention, and schedule staff in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• At least 2 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• Must be able to complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old due to keyholder responsibilities.
