You will help drive sales, coach partners, and uphold our Peet’s service model while preparing for future store leadership roles. Qualifications

• 2 years management/supervisory experience in service, food, or related industry.
• Open availability and 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform various physical tasks as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving financial and operational goals by driving sales and leading the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through Peet’s service model.
• Use reporting and feedback tools with the Store Manager to inform decisions and track progress toward goals.
• Create and support a positive team culture and productive work environment through coaching and communication.
• Contribute to employee development by training and providing regular coaching and feedback.
• Support recruiting, hiring and staffing levels to maintain performance.
• Assist in managing daily coffeebar operations, including inventory, cash handling, cleanliness and safety/compliance.
