Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Humboldt, TN. You will support customers with financial services, manage daily store operations, and coach Customer Service Representatives. This role involves risk assessment, loan/pawn decision support, and community outreach.

The position offers on-site work with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement within the brand network.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
Background check required.
The ability to meet the physical demands of this position (standing; lifting up to 25 pounds).

Responsibilities

Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check-cashing transactions.
Complete daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on customer service.
Maintain customer information in the POS system accurately.
Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives.
Perform duties outside the office including on-site vehicle appraisals and store errands.
Meet performance standards through partnerships and community events.
Maintain store security, opening/closing procedures, and cash handling.
Ensure compliance with company policies and laws, conduct store audits and reports.
