Moo Moo Express Car Wash in Columbus, OH is hiring a Team Leader to support site operations and lead a fast-paced team. You’ll help deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and maintain high-quality standards, with compensation at $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the site's facility and operations responsibilities.
• Drive exceptional customer service and sales growth while maintaining quality standards.
• Greet customers with a positive first impression and educate about the Unlimited Wash Club.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash for satisfaction and handle escalations calmly.
• Operate basic retail equipment and understand the wash process.
• Lead the team to exceed service standards and foster a collaborative environment.
