Job summary

RangeLine Tapping Services, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Fort Worth, TX, to support the Project Manager and Superintendent across project lifecycles. You will assist with finances, scheduling, risk management, and client relations while upholding safety and quality standards.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will collaborate with field teams, prepare subcontracts, and help drive project success from pre-construction through closeout.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Project Engineer or equivalent in construction.
• Familiarity with safety, contract management, planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in HCSS Heavy Bid/Heavy Job, On-Screen Takeoff and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in managing financials, risk management, and client relations from pre-construction to closeout.
• Promote safety and quality, ensuring project teams meet standards.
• Collaborate with superintendent and field personnel for project success.
• Represent RUTS Construction professionally with clients and subcontractors.
• Assist in subcontract coordination, project buyout, and documentation.
• Support project cost procedures and field quality control.
• Participate in project closeout and post-project documentation.
