Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer or equivalent in construction.
• Proficiency in HCSS Heavy Bid/Heavy Job, On-Screen Takeoff, and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in managing financials, risk management, and client relations from pre-construction to project closeout.
• Ensure safety and quality standards by promoting a strong safety culture within the project team and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent, project team, and field personnel to ensure project success.
• Represent RUTS Construction professionally during interactions with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Assist in subcontractor coordination and project buyout activities.
• Maintain project files and ensure information flow for assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Perform site safety inspections and promote safe work practices.
