Axis Construction Management, LLC in King of Prussia, PA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects. This full-time, permanent role requires a minimum of 10 years of proven success from inception to completion, with strong leadership and client-facing skills.

The ideal candidate will excel in pre-construction, design coordination, and documentation management, and will have Procore and OnScreen Takeoff proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 10 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and client-facing presentation skills.
• Extensive experience with RFIs, Change Orders, schedules, scopes of work, contracts, daily logs, cost tracking, etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project).
• Experience with Procore and OnScreen Takeoff.
• OSHA and ICRA certifications.
• Experience in medical, multi-family residential, and hospitality sectors.
• Must reside in the Philadelphia region.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from conceptual estimating and pre-construction through to project closeout and punch lists.
• Lead project planning, design coordination, subcontractor management, and client communications.
• Prepare professional proposals and conceptual budgets.
• Manage design consultants and project documentation throughout all project phases.
