Job summary

Carrols LLC operates Burger King restaurants and is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager in Shepherdsville, KY. You will oversee shifts, coach teammates, and uphold quality, service, cleanliness, and safety while driving sales and labor efficiency.

As a key leader, you will partner with the RGM to deliver operational excellence, develop a high-performing team, and achieve guest satisfaction scores and strong financial results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team for fast, friendly service.
• Coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills and grow capabilities.
• Maintain BK brand standards and lead hands-on operational leadership.
• Monitor inventory, manage orders/assets, ensure maintenance, and uphold cash control and security.
