Compensation includes hourly pay plus bonuses tied to appointments set, shown, and sold—rewarding effort and success.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, with strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service.
• High energy and self-motivation.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming phone calls and internet inquiries professionally.
• Schedule and arrange for guests visiting dealership.
• Build rapport quickly with guests, converting inquiries into brand advocates.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and create lifelong relationships.
• Be master on the phone, persistent, and ready for success, even in tough situations.
