Crystal D, a growing, values-driven company in St. Paul, MN, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our finance team.

You’ll support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other core accounting functions, working closely with our Controller and accounting colleagues from day one. This role offers hands-on responsibility, room to grow into additional areas over time, and a culture where integrity, quality, and teamwork guide every decision.

Qualifications

• Some prior experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general bookkeeping.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Macola, Synergy, or similar ERP is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, code and enter bills, and maintain vendor records.
• Assist AR with invoicing, collections follow-up, and reconciliations.
• Support monthly distributions and account reconciliations.
• Help process commission payouts.
• Support month-end close activities.
• Maintain data in Macola ERP with growing Synergy exposure.
• Take on additional accounting responsibilities with training.
