Crystal D is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our finance team in St. Paul, MN. You will support accounts payable and accounts receivable and help with month-end close.

You’ll work closely with our Controller and accounting staff, taking on hands-on responsibilities from day one with room to grow into additional areas over time. Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems like Macola or Synergy is a plus; we offer weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable or general bookkeeping.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills in a small team environment.
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable: process invoices, code and enter bills, prepare payments, maintain vendor records.
• Assist accounts receivable and AR team with invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly distributions and account reconciliations.
• Help process commission payouts.
• Support month-end close activities as needed.
• Maintain data in Macola ERP; Synergy exposure expanding over time.
• Take on additional accounting responsibilities with training.
