Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable / Receivable.
• Compile and sort invoices and checks.
• Data entry using MS Office.
• Process payments.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and print A/P reports.
• Invoicing and customer entry.
• Freight bills processing.
• Credit card processing.
• Assist in monthly closing.
