Job summary

Employ Partners, Inc. is hiring an Accounting Clerk for our client in Woodstock, GA. This temp-to-hire, full-time role supports AR, auditing tasks, and GAAP-compliant accounting using QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Sheets. The position offers on-site work and standard benefits.

Pay is $25-$30 per hour with potential to convert to client payroll and a path to permanent employment. Work hours are 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• GAAP knowledge and proficiency with QuickBooks and spreadsheets.
• Experience with Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable and collections tasks.
• Assist in auditing and preparation activities.
• Maintain GAAP-compliant accounting records.
