Mike Terry - State Farm Agency Intern seeks an Account Representative to support daily office operations and customer success. You help grow the office by building meaningful customer relationships and by proactively marketing relevant State Farm products to meet clients’ needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication.
• Dedicated to customer service and able to anticipate customer needs.
• Possession of Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
