Mikayla Ritornato - State Farm Agency Intern is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations, grow the office through meaningful customer relations, and proactively market relevant products and services to meet client needs.

You will develop leads, schedule appointments, establish strong relationships, and deliver prompt, friendly service for policy questions, changes, and billing. This role offers growth opportunities and hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside or inside) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to relate to customers effectively.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services.
