Job summary

Behavior Frontiers is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across homes, schools, and community settings. You will support individuals in communication, play, and independence while using our data tools for real-time decisions.

Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and fellow technicians to report progress and receive feedback. We offer daily pay, growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits including iPad provision.

Qualifications

• Energetic, motivated to help individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Some college credits or enrollment is preferred.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Must pass background checks and health screenings.
• Physically able to perform job duties with or without accommodations.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities.
• Teach individuals to communicate, play, make friends, and gain independence while reducing challenging behaviors.
• Collect and analyze data using our electronic software for real-time decisions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress and receive feedback.
