Job summary

Leland is hiring a Growth & Ops Intern to join our Programs & Livestreams teams. You’ll help run livestreams, support program delivery, and ensure every participant has an exceptional experience. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, with strong written and verbal communication, and comfortable with Zoom and video sessions.

This role requires about 20 hours per week and immediate start. You'll work closely with host teams, coordinate logistics, and contribute to post-event follow-ups,

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks weekly.
• Reliable, organized, and able to follow structured processes.
• Clear written and verbal communication, especially via email.
• Comfortable on video and able to help run live sessions on Zoom.
• Available 20 hours per week with some evening availability.
• Able to start immediately and potentially continue through fall/winter.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with livestream hosts and facilitators for virtual logistics and schedules.
• Support livestreams by managing chat, sharing links, and aiding speakers.
• Maintain event listings across platforms with accurate details.
• Execute repeatable event processes on a weekly schedule.
• Monitor event readiness and flag issues proactively.
• Assist with post-event follow-ups and operational clean-up.
