Job summary

TikTok LIVE-AMS is seeking a Campaign Project Intern to contribute to onboarding and partner development in Los Angeles. You will help manage agency partner onboarding, lead tracking, and communications while supporting the execution of growth strategies for agency creators and campaigns.

The internship emphasizes hands-on learning in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to engage in short-term impactful projects and gain real-world experience in creator ecosystems at TikTok.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (minimum).
• Able to commit to at least 3 months internship period.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in the creator economy (content creation, advertising, e-commerce, brand sponsorships, music, gaming, or live streaming).
• Strong analytical and communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive learner with a passion for digital platforms and creator ecosystems.
• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and highly accountable.
• Preferred: Passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, and digital culture.
• Preferred: Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset.
• Preferred: Familiarity with live streaming platforms and trends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and document verification for new potential agency partners.
• Manage lead tracking and maintain databases through the agency development funnel.
• Coordinate communication with potential new agency leads.
• Support execution of TikTok LIVE's agency growth strategy—including recruitment, retention, and creator enablement.
• Help manage day-to-day operational tasks with agency points of contact to support key initiatives.
• Support internal teams and agency partners with on-platform and off-platform campaigns involving agency creators.
