Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Business Data Scientist for Growth and Opportunity Marketing in New York. You will lead data-driven projects, translate business problems into investigative solutions, and guide teams to implement data science solutions that improve data and build models for business insights.

Responsibilities include advanced analytics on first- and third-party data, building infrastructure for insights, and driving experiments and marketing measurement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis, or a relevant PhD degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced analytics on complex first- and third-party data.
• Stand up data infrastructure enabling user insights mining.
• Drive initiatives in experimentation and marketing measurement (MMMs, MMTs, etc.).
• Lead user segmentation modeling (machine learning and other methods) in partnership with Growth team.
• Provide data-driven decisions to empower business growth.
