Google LLC in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Data Scientist to translate data into actionable business insights for Ads Marketing. You will work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product to design experiments, analyze large data sets, and communicate findings to executives.

You will build scalable analysis pipelines, develop dashboards, and help drive implementation across the Ads growth lifecycle, from acquisition to retention.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Economics, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in a data science field.
• Experience with statistical software (e.g., R, Python, MATLAB) and database languages (i.e., SQL).
• Experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, querying databases or statistical analysis.

• Work with large, complex data sets and apply statistical/ML methods.
• Design and analyze controlled experiments or causal inference studies.
• Build and prototype analysis pipelines to scale insights.
• Communicate findings to marketing and leadership with visuals.
