An AI SaaS Client is looking for a hands‑on Growth Operator (AI Startup) to help launch and scale a consumer AI product in the US market. The product is already live within the ChatGPT ecosystem and we’re looking for someone to drive adoption, user growth, and product‑market fit among everyday American consumers.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who can test quickly, execute independently, and build traction from the ground up.

Employment Type: Full‑time (Initial 3‑month contract, with potential for extension or conversion)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a US go‑to‑market strategy for a consumer AI product
• Drive user acquisition across organic, community, referral, creator, and paid channels
• Improve onboarding, activation, and retention flows
• Analyse user behaviour and optimise conversion funnels
• Create positioning and messaging for mainstream US users
• Build launch strategies across the ChatGPT App ecosystem, Product Hunt, Reddit, TikTok, etc.
• Present actionable growth ideas directly to leadership
• Own first‑user traction and ongoing growth metrics
