Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: direct outreach calls to leads in our CRM, nurture prospects, and help optimize our automated lead workflows.
• Manage Marketing Tech: assist with social media and Google Ads campaigns to drive prospective leads.
• Build Systems: identify messy processes, streamline operational tasks, and build reliable workflows.
• Be the Voice of the Business: answer incoming calls from clients, family members, and caregivers with grace and professionalism.
• Take Ownership: perform daily office administrative duties with accuracy and pride in your work.
