Job summary

Sieve, Inc. is hiring a Growth Operations Lead to own contributor growth for our data marketplace.

You will run experiments to acquire contributors, improve activation and retention, and develop supply-side partnerships with studios, creator networks, and organizations. This hands-on role requires building systems from scratch, launching campaigns, analyzing funnel data, and translating findings into scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Own growth, growth operations, or marketplace supply with programs built from scratch.
• Design experiments, launch quickly, measure results, and scale what works.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with funnel data, cohorts, dashboards, and acquisition economics.
• Hands-on experience with outbound tools, CRMs, lifecycle messaging, and workflow automation.
• Strong communication and commercial instincts; capable of recruiting first contributors and closing partnerships.
• Resourceful, self-directed, and able to manage operational details for new initiatives.
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Run growth experiments across channels and tactics.
• Build growth systems from scratch with tooling and playbooks.
• Improve activation and retention; shorten path to first paid task.
• Develop supply-side partnerships with studios, creator networks, and organizations.
• Expand supply across physical AI and media generation.
• Own growth measurement and decide what to scale or stop.
• Work with product and operations to improve onboarding and incentives.
