Job summary

Sieve is hiring a Growth Operations Lead to build and own growth for our contributor platform. You’ll run experiments to acquire contributors, improve activation and retention, and develop supply-side partnerships across physical AI and media generation.

This is a hands-on role to build from scratch, test ideas, and turn successful experiments into repeatable systems. You’ll work with product and operations to optimise onboarding, incentives, and the platform experience.

Qualifications

• Ownership of growth or marketplace supply with programs built from scratch.
• Ability to design experiments, launch quickly, measure results.
• Strong analytical skills with funnel data, cohorts, dashboards, and CAC/ROI.
• Hands-on with outbound tools, CRMs, lifecycle messaging, and automation.
• Excellent communication and commercial instincts; able to recruit and close partnerships.
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Run growth experiments across acquisition channels and partnerships.
• Build growth tooling, tracking, and playbooks that turn experiments into repeatable processes.
• Improve activation and retention; shorten path to first paid task.
• Develop supply-side partnerships with studios and networks.
• Expand supply across physical AI and media generation.
• Own growth measurement and decide what to scale.
• Collaborate with product and operations to improve onboarding and incentives.
