Job summary

Virta Health is seeking a Director of Growth Operations to own forecasting, demand modeling, and multi-channel marketing execution at scale. You will partner with Finance, Client Growth, Content, and Lifecycle to build the marketing Operating System and drive data-driven growth.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of Growth/Marketing Operations or S&OP planning experience, preferably in health tech or B2B2C.
• Advanced forecasting and analytical modeling using tools like Looker, Sheets, and Salesforce.
• Strong grasp of ESP systems such as Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, etc.
• Proven track record of executing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns with precision at scale.
• Experience turning chaotic workflows into standardized playbooks and managing cross-functional boundaries.
• Experience designing AI-enabled workflows to address bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Technical understanding of data flows and ingestion pipelines, including CDPs for targeting and segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead S&OP forecasting and demand signal modeling to align growth with capacity.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of millions of monthly marketing touchpoints across email, direct mail, and SMS.
• Build and maintain the marketing Operating System to standardize playbooks and optimize costs.
• Manage vendor partnerships and marketing infrastructure to scale output cost‑effectively.
• Directly lead and coach the Growth Operations team and analytics resources.
