Qualifications

• 7+ years owning or operating a revenue-generating program or business with direct team leadership and P&L accountability
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and margin growth
• Proven experience leading business development, including pipeline management and enrollment targets
• Experience managing complex programs or multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program performance like a business, including revenue growth and profitability
• Lead business development for programs with client discovery, proposals, and pricing strategy
• Set growth roadmap for expanding into new offerings
• Operate scheduling, enrollment logistics, and delivery consistency at scale
• Build and develop a high-performing operations team
• Coach program ops staff toward full day-to-day ownership while retaining strategic oversight
• Define and hire the Performance Facilitator role and ensure quality content delivery
• Partner with Marketing/Consulting/Operations for visibility and demand generation
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and program impact through systems and processes
• Own client experience to drive retention and long-term relationships
• Maintain high quality content and materials aligned with client needs
• Collaborate with facilitators to refine content and deliver at scale
