Duolingo in New York, NY or Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an Executive Product Leader for Growth and Monetization to guide the next era of our education app. You will own DAUs and revenue, lead pillar leads, and drive fast yet responsible product iteration with strong emphasis on user value.

Lead a ~20 PM organization, foster cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Design, and oversee data-driven experimentation and rigorous measurement to hit ambitious forecasts.

Qualifications

• Executive product leadership experience in consumer tech with measurable impact on DAUs or revenue
• Track record of growing a leading app while balancing user experience
• Experience leading through change and reorganizations

Responsibilities

• Own DAUs and revenue as two hero metrics and deliver against forecast
• Coach and develop senior product leaders; raise the bar for product talent
• Partner with Engineering and Design to ship quickly and trade off priorities
• Build product operating mechanisms: North Star metrics, planning cycles, A/B testing
