Job summary

Performance Food Group in Minnesota seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to direct all warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, ensuring accurate and timely product flow. The role leads staff, enforces safety programs, and coordinates with the Transportation Manager to optimize throughput and delivery reliability.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of supervisory warehouse experience, OSHA forklift certification preferred, and a commitment to safety and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience required.
4-6 years warehouse and team lead or supervisory experience.
Preferred OSHA forklift operator certificate.

Responsibilities

Directs warehouse operations including shipping and receiving to ensure timely flow of product.
Supervises associates: staffing, training, coaching, performance management and safety compliance.
Coordinates with Transportation Manager to maximize overall warehouse efficiency and delivery accuracy.
Reviews stock status with inventory staff to ensure adequate counts for customer needs.
