Job summary

Beyond Yoga is seeking a part-time Store Operations role in San Clemente, CA to support daily store procedures, payroll, cash handling and inventory control while delivering excellent guest service.

In this role you will support the Store Manager to drive sales goals, engage employees, and maintain brand standards in a fast-paced environment. You will help onboard new hires, lead by example, and collaborate with Home Office on events and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience and proven skills in supervising, coaching and training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfort with lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Experience with payroll, cash handling, and inventory control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accountable to store manager for driving sales goals and financial plan with a focus on employee engagement.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires on Beyond Yoga values and product knowledge.
• Execute flawless store visual presentation following corporate directions and merchandising guidance.
• Ensure accurate receiving, transfers, and price changes to support inventory integrity.
• Coach and develop staff to grow skills and performance within the organization.
• Collaborate with store team and Home Office on community engagement and events.
