Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4-7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Background in retail, distribution, manufacturing, or high-volume transaction environments preferred.
• ERP/accounting system experience (NetSuite, Sage, Dynamics, SAP, QuickBooks Enterprise, or similar).
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and reconciliation schedules.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and maintain balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with financial reporting and account analysis.
