Job summary

Autism Behavior Support (ABS) is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our Colorado Springs location to deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home and clinic settings.

You will implement individualized BIPs, collect data on progress, collaborate with BCBAs, families and team members, and participate in ongoing training and mentorship to support treatment fidelity and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Passion for working with children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members to ensure treatment fidelity.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
