Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We’re seeking compassionate, reliable team members who want to grow their careers while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

Our team offers BCBA supervision, mentorship, structured onboarding, ongoing training, and opportunities for Fellowship and Early Mentoring to support certification progress and career

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 months of ABA experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Use ABA teaching strategies including Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET).
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care.
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment.
